By using VIODSN.COM™ and enrolling in our courses, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

VIODSN.COM™ is a creative design and technology education brand based in Bangladesh. We provide live, instructor-led courses in Graphic Design, Web Development, Digital Marketing, and AI Mastery, along with related design and marketing services.

2. Course Enrollment

• Each batch has a maximum of 10 students
• Enrollment is confirmed only after payment is verified by our team
• Course duration is 6 months unless otherwise specified
• Class schedules will be communicated via email and WhatsApp after enrollment

3. Payments

• Payments are made via bKash, Nagad, bank transfer, or other approved methods
• Monthly fees must be paid in advance for each upcoming month
• Late payments may result in suspension of class access until cleared
• All amounts are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless stated otherwise

4. Refund Policy

• Before classes start: 100% refund minus payment processing fees
• Within first 7 days of classes: 50% refund of the first month’s fee
• After 7 days: No refunds. However, you may transfer your seat to another batch (subject to availability)
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email

5. Class Conduct

• Students must attend live classes on time and respectfully
• Recording, sharing, or redistributing class content without permission is prohibited
• Disruptive or abusive behavior may result in suspension without refund
• Class materials and recordings are for personal learning only

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, slides, recordings, designs, code, and content are the intellectual property of VIODSN.COM™ or its instructors. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use them for learning purposes only. Reselling, republishing, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

7. Certificates

Students who complete the course (attend at least 80% of classes and submit required projects) receive a VIODSN.COM™ Certificate of Completion. Certificates are issued in digital form and are non-transferable.

8. Service Work

For agency services (web development, design, marketing, etc.), separate project agreements may apply. Project quotations, timelines, and deliverables are defined in individual contracts.

9. Disclaimer

While we make every effort to deliver high-quality education, we do not guarantee specific career outcomes, job placements, or income. Your success depends on your effort, learning, and external factors beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIODSN.COM™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website, courses, or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid for the relevant course or service.

11. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses caused by your failure to protect your account.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or harm other students. Upon termination, access to courses and dashboards will be revoked.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dhaka.

14. Updates

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our website or courses after updates means you accept the new Terms.
